HOW IT WORKS

The structure of your event can be adjusted according to industry context, positioning, campaign goals & needs.

Pre- and Post-Event

You promote the event through your own channels, supported by LGCY and the venue. Events can be free or ticketed. As padel is still relatively expensive to play, a free or low-cost tournament is a strong incentive that draws people in. During registration, participants share basic demographic data and their skill level, and can opt in to post-event contact. We share these insights with you โ€” enabling meaningful follow-up and deeper customer understanding.

Tournament

Upon arrival players receive a goodie bag with your materials and are matched based on skill level and preferences. Before the first match, our moderator hosts a short introduction and icebreaker to set the tone and foster connection. This can be tailored to your brand and narrative. Matches are played in fast-paced, ten-minute rounds, with changing partners and opponents. Multiple formats are available โ€” all designed to maximize interaction, connection, and fun. We typically run two back-to-back tournaments (beginner and advanced), each lasting around two hours.

Side Program

Alongside the courts, we set up a dedicated brand area with promotional materials, giveaways, and product try-outs. As players rotate between matches and short breaks, there is continuous opportunity to engage with your brand, interact with ambassadors, and experience your products. At the end of the tournament, winners are celebrated in a short ceremony and receive prizes such as products, discounts, or exclusive invitations from your brand.
