How It Works
Below is an exemplary structure for a LGCY recruiting event. This can be adjusted according to the setup and your context & needs.
Pre-Event
Promotion & Registration
You promote the event through your employer marketing channels.
Relevant talent signs up through an online form. The experience can be free or ticketed and registration is either open or approval based, meaning reigstrants would apply and you select who participates.
In the form, registrants indicate what their background is, which areas of your company they are interested in, and their padel skill level. They are also able to opt-in to be contacted by you after the event.
Tournament
Matches Designed To Match
Upon arrival, candidates receive a goodie bag with employer marketing materials.
They are matched with other players based upon their registration form entries. Each player pair consists of one current employee from your company and one participant from your candidate pool.
The tournament takes place in fast-paced, ten-minute matches. After each game, partners and opponents change.
