With the LGCY Circuit, participants gain valuable input, reflection, & learning that goes beyond padel. The group is split into two teams, Red and Blue. One entire team wins the tournament together.  

• The four dimensions of padel are introduced and discussed, in an engaging presentation with break-out groups. 

  
  

• Then, the LGCY Circuit begins. Each round, half of the participants take part in a short (typically ten minute) padel match, with each match seeing a pair from the blue team face a red pair.   

  
  

• At the same time, the other half takes part in a non-padel team challenge, each related to one of the four dimensions: communication, trust, focus, and flow. 

  
  

• Each match and each challenge count towards the overall score. In the end, the team with the most points wins. 

This format is best suitable for high amounts of participants, non-athletic groups, or teams with a large variance in athleticism, padel experience & age. It is a good fit if you are aiming for unity and team spirit, a meaningful event with transferable learnings, and a unique experience with a complete & inspiring story arc.
